but if you mean the shoulder muscle(the ball above the biceps) then u can lift weights. the most simple de is hold dumbbell with ur arms then raise it parallel to
the ground and hold it there.
not to brag or what, but i have f.ucking broad shoulders maybe its cause i swam alot when i was kid, but i think its mostly genetic. many ppl ask me if i go to gym, but the fact is most of the time i slack at home.
but shoulders too broad wear polo t's not nice, wear t shirts alrite, need 2 wear sleeveless den looks better
