and also. Meridian retain rate even higher loh.. you passed all subjects, but just pass or below their expectations.. they still retain you. thats why they 3 years nia yet chiong to 13 COP..

No. VJ may be considered "mugger" in the past during the previous principal's reign but not "mugger" now. If by "mugger" you mean spending all your free time in the study areas studying then in every school there will be some people who will do that, but which other school doesn't have the same scenario? In VJ most of the time everyone takes the time to slack off between. They don't mug, but they work hard. my senior say got 1 year VJ beat RJ ranking, which no other JC has done.

then VJ tutors like to force weaker students to drop subject to raise school ranking.
tutor every lesson bring drop application forms to class and say,
"how? want to drop?"
