Now adays where ever i work at town area i will get to see young singaporeans talk english with american accents. What's more when they talk they give u a impression that they talk as if they're very high class like that How come must they talk american accent english, talking correct singaporean english (Not singlish) is very low class meh?

Standard Singapore English, without the heavy American accent is the way to go.
In fact, using this makes us much more clearer to the world than some misguided western affectation. -

you mean they talk like what they saw on TV ? what they think is an American accent ? ....
there's no such thing as an American accent per se ... you go from the north-east, to the west coast and down south or the prairies they all speak differently ....
I think these chaps have an identity crisis ....
