  From what I have find out, once receive the letter, can go to atm or send thru mail back to them and will get the $$$ on 1st MAY 2006.

  For some banks you just have to go to atm to approve and specify the transaction, otherwise you can use snail mail.

  I know. But from HWZ, someone mention tat the phone speaker good sound quality, stereo somemore, as good as W550i's speaker. And I dun need a 3G phone coz most of my friends dun have a 3G phone.

  Good news, I just received my progress package letter, total I get S$700. An additional S$300 once I get my MR letter in May.

  You can sign up through their website at www.progress.gov.sg which is what I'm planning to do for me and my family. No forms, paperwork and all that mess.
  
  But unfortunately, the link to sign up hasn't opened yet. Oh bother.
  
  So, is the money enough to buy your votes? For me, well, I think me here will be a walkover. Nobody interested.
