Nokia 6280 or SE W900i?

i'm very happy with my 6280 except one problem.
The profile will go back to it's default settings sometimes. does anyone encounter this prob? -
It's quite clear that your phone got bug or some sort... time to head down to ya nearest friendly Nokia Service Centre.
It did something it's not supposed to do and it need a good spank. -
i think just wait for the firmware update lah..

How long is the wait? In weeks time? Months time?
If the problem persists.. should have it repair asap. If it does not hinder the everyday usage, by all means.. wait then. -

Can you really live with the fact that your phone has a bug that although needs not be addressed is present? Can you really accept that? You forked out $$$ and you have in hand something you hoped would be the perfect companion only to have some issues that will be ever present unless you get it rectified. Can you really live with that? Can you can you? Stop consoling yourself that there will be a fix somewhere down the line. Anyone can tell you that, the question is when? When? When??!?!

anyone encounter this problem when using nokia 6280?
half way playing games, the screen went blank. (completely white screen).
same happens if you play MP3. -
these problems about 6280 are documented and sadly, if ur version is V3.60, there is no firmware upgrade available yet.
if u have an earlier version (v3.36-v3.5), pls head down to the nearest NCC (suntec, wheelock pl, causeway pt, parkway and century sq) and have it flashed. but dun expect miracles to come out of it.
those who are not using 3G SIM cards, pls switch to 3G USIM. this will alleviate a good number of issues. same goes to those N70 users who decides to upgrade to version 5 firmware.
6280 is one of the most buggy phones ever at launch in nokia history... the firmware keep changing due to repeated problems... let's hope they iron this out fast. -

compare to my friend N70 and my 6680, we exchange and tried it out, and i found out, my 6680 dont hang easily while my N70 friend does!
but still 6680 look quite same as N70 -
