Haha....I seems to have a friend who match your criteria. Very chio - nominated for Miss NUS and Miss Arts....on a scholarship but very religious. she is very spend thrift and does not cheong. Major in social work and like to kids/elderly. She is kind-hearted and honest. But she have no concerns about befriendly guys.
