how come singaporean guys dont dress very well?

I see many singaporean guys in berms, t shirt and slippers.
why cant they put in an effort in dressing? berms and t shirt can be interesting if you play with the colors and cutting.
i hope to see more guys dress like the dior homme boys. <3 -

no money to buy expensive stuff? buy cheap ones and tailor it.
places that i think have interesting guy stuff (if you're willing to spend):
1. front row
2. style nordic
3. agnes b homme
4. christian dior homme (too bad not available in singapore)
5. Lanvin homme
if you're not willing to spend so much, i think muji guys wear is pretty good. the clean japanese aesthetics works very well. plus i think that the material is alright for our weather. -

but with right color combination, interesting details and cutting, it can be very interesting. example, one can wear a white t shirt and dark blue berms,
but wear a very loud red belt. the belt will kinda 'spice up' the outfit. i know someone who wears t shirt and jeans with sneakers all the time, but he uses socks which are of quirky colors and design. minor details play a very important role.
