Is the law of physic constant throughout the universe?

juz like dark matter which is invisible but they occupy spaces and has mass
so,why dosent light falls on them but instead bend,giving a parabolic curve?
hence they're undetectable by electromagnetic waves
u ppl think its possible? -
Law of physic may not always be constant, it could be different in another parallel universe or dimension(10th dimension) such that their law of physic could be totally different from this universe and may seem totally bizzare to us. oh well just a theory
