Crash course on Secondary School Physics.

  Okay I've got a Physics examination tomorrow, and generally I'm good in Physics except in one topic, as I was sick the entire week.
  
  Anyway, can people here give me a quick crash course for my exam tomorrow on Specific Heat Capacity & Latent heat? Things like points to note, forumlas & how to apply them.

  Q= MCdeltaT
  
  Q= energy
  
  M= mass
  C= specific heat capacity
  
  delta T= Temp change.

  Well, I find Physics pretty easy, but unfortunately for my last few lessons I've been sleeping straight through them, and completely missed everything about that topic. Thanks for the help anyway.
