Aging:
If you sleep less or dont sleep well, you will age faster.
If you sleep more, your aging is slower. -

When you are asleep, you are not present.
When you are awake, you are present.
Your presence is shortening your lifespan. You should save some lifespan and bank it in into your piggybank, in the form of not being present, in the form of sleeping. -
Eating more will shorten your lifespan.
Eating less will lengthen your lifespan.
Because when you eat less, you are slower, you make aging slower.
When you eat more, you are faster, you make aging faster. -
A kid feel everything is slow, because he is fast.
A year for a kid is very slow for him.
A kid can talk very fast, run very fast.

A year for a granny is very fast for him.
A granny talk very slowly, run very slow. -
When you are a kid, you are playing catch with Time.
Time will eventually catch up with you.
You will feel you are slowing down.
Time is relative. Time is constant. -
When you are a kid, you dont experience any aging. It is called growth.
Only after you have caught up with Time, become a granny, it is called aging.
Our time experience is non linear. -

Sorry my English is not very good. I thought granny means grandparents.
Grandparents mean Grandfather and/ or Grandmother. It is not clear, like parents.
So Granny is a term which is general, and I just say 'he' because it is the generally used word for referring to unclear single third party.

Ps: I just checked the online dictionary, I was wrong. I was tricked by the - y ending. Granny, I thought was short and fun form meaning grandparents. -

is that when people are older, they will enjoy different kind of music.
I notice when I watch TV showing scenes of disco club, there are no people above 40 or 50 years old. Younger people like faster music, older people like slower music.
I think it is hint about something.
