i noticed she leaves her laundry out to dry and goes out to work.
she doesnt even know when it rains. her laundry are wetted (rain) and dried (sunlight).
what is the purpose of washing then?

Since you're home most of the day (you seem to know when it rains and when the sun comes back out plus the conditions of your neighbours laundry). You should volunteer your kind services by offering to take in the laundry... Your neighbour should be in by now right... what you waiting for... now your chance la!!!!
