The SingTel versus M1 ad last time, SingTel kena PWNED like crazy. Instead of silly umbrellas under the rain, M1's ad shows bright sunshine. Guess that really shut the fug up ST.

i remember starhub came 2 letters n 2 calls to ask(or beg) me continue their services as im wif mobile n MOL...my MOL expired n they gave mi such a deal...lolz...must they do tat jus to keep us from hopping? -
but starhub never charge for two months subscription

i also got mobile and cable de.
then my cable tv contract expired liao.. the stupid starhub service operator called me again and again, asked me recontract. and they weren't polite at all. I asked whether I can get the 4 months offer, she told me NO. Everytime she call me ask me recontract, but gave me a f*** up attitude. I jitao dun wana sign from her. I rather dun watch.
To me, if you wana earn my money, make sure u give me good service and good quality.
Singnet connection really sucks till duno wat to say. I called numerous times to complain liao, yet not once can they really give me a satisfactory reply. One even asked me to switch on all the lights at home in broad daylight coz he suspected the internet connection problem got something to do with the lights.
I'll wait till xmas and see if there's more attractive promotions coming up. If not, then I think I will sign with starhub maxonline altho it's more expensive as compared to singnet. -
i tink singnet's technical helpline cahrges 30cents pe min..good for mi so far no need to call they helpdesk yet but called regardling the billing dun know the call charge or not if not frever the call on hold and they cahrge the calls to my singtel bill...roberry rite...can acheri complaint to them since every call is charged and we put on hold tokin and listen to machine recorded voice i think the ppl workin there good life one day i want to work there also everyday wait for 6 p.m only every month just collect salary

there was once me and sis held on to the phone for 1 hour plus each.
so HOT that we demanded an explanation why nobody picked up the phone for that long. Then, they called me back everyday for about a week to make sure everything was fine. -
Starhub is faster than Singnet broadband. It should be the fastest in Singapore. But I can't speak for wireless because that's a totally different matter.
