yar. singnet veri frastrating..
that day i gt the bill.. and i called.. listened to 20mins of music.. then this CSO answered. i ask him abt the bill.. the he explain _))(&^OI^.. i dun understand a thing.. then i ask him to summarise.. he told me.. the billing side's new billing system.. and its wrong or smthg.. he say dun need to pay the stipulated amt 1st, they will do the neccessary adjustment..
but i said i dun understd, and ask him to refer me to the billing side, he say okie.. i waited for 1 week liao.. no one called me at all..
to think i have been with them for abt 10 years.. pui.. sucks..

They scared ppl never pay. This new system is totally idiotic. The old billing system works fine. Nothing wrong still want to fix. I don't care, i'm gonna join starhub after my contract ends unless starhub also make the same stupid problem.
customer service also cannot be trusted.
i called for more than 20 times just to speak with the customer service. Each call i waited for about 5-20mins.
Then i call again and they say "our officers are still engaged" i was so furious and shouted on the phone "naaaa beeei!!!!!!" . While i was shouting, i heard "hello?" Finally! hahaha. wited for less than 5 mins Lucky me. Bet the officer heard "beeeei" And they explain some poop and new system WTF.Edited by XTransbus 08 Dec `06, 2:56PM
