For all for you that planning to subscribe to Singnet Broandband service,think again.Their service is really really lousy.
I just got my line 2 weeks back and i'm facing 2wks worth of problems.
1stly,i'm not able to change the default password for the email that comes with the broadband. I call them up for 4 days and all the stuffs gave me all kind of story.One even tell me to give him the pasword i want to change too so that he can do it on his side. I mean WTF!! if i tell you the password wat fir i change??? then finally after 5 days,they solved the damn problem for me.
2ndly, It's the router that they provided.It's causing so much trouble till now i cant even solve it.The technical came and tell me it's my comp problem.Whilst my "Linksys" router that i brought previously work just fine. So divert us to the vendor.When called back to the vendor,he gave me attitude and said he'll called back.Till now no news from him~

3rdly,the billing.I've only subscribed and the 1st bill they sent to me mounted up to ard 200.I checked and found out that they had billed me wrongly.I called them and they asked me to pay first then will rebate the remaining back to me.I was very angry,why should i pay for something i have not even used.
I emailed to them regarding the case but NO ONE bother to give me a explanation or apology.So tell me what should i do?Cancelled the contract? & somemore now the 10MB plan is giving out the LCD TV.WTH,when i sign up,not even a freebie,only a stupid wirless modem that dun even come with a proper packaging. Haiz!!!!!!
