Pai-Kia Wannabes

hey.. i've been on sgforums for quite some time now, but most of time i just read what others have to share. i am writing now to share an issue that is bothering me
today afternoon i had a really unpleasant incident at the neighbourhood basketball court. i was confronted by a younger guy, and not forgetting his 'gang' of friends. i shall cut the long story short (haha). luckily it was only a verbal dispute so far. in the end i just walked away, although i couldn't help but glared at him a few times
but i guess i won't be going down to play basketball for some time now. i figure the best way is not to retaliate but rather, to walk away? after all there is really not much of a point in arguing with them, since they can't see reason.
what really troubles me is that nowadays there is this trend of these teenager 'pai-kia wannabes'. everyone should have seen them sometimes. they are the kids who gather around in shopping centres, void decks, and neighbourhood basketball courts (!!) i guess people who have had encounters with them would understand.
how about you other forumnites? care to share your experiences, good or bad?

2)i also feel that pai kia is irrtating lor...then they see chio bu then they will shout eh chio bu come here.

4)if u act like u are scared of em..they will walk all over u..if u act fierce they might reconsider.if they say they want hit u.u just scare them by saying i will report police if u hit..then if they hit first..then u hit n run lo..go nearest police station report..

that guy's lil bro ask to borrow my basketball so i kind-heartedly lent it to him. then he played monkey with his friends with it
here's the gross part: this fat ass step and kick it around with his bare feet. then they left after that, leaving the ball in a puddle of mud. what wouuld u do?
i shouted at them (can't remember what) once. then today that guy comes to me, 'ting shuo ni zuo tian ma wo de di di....'' blah. ('heard that u scold my brother yesterday'). what an idiot.
thats my story. moral of story: don't lend anything to kids with fat friends or wannabe brothers

im glad you didnt retaliate when the gang confronted you. Fist fight won't solve any probs. Don't waste your time on them.
but hey, you shouldn't be discouraged to use the basketball after that incident. It's a public place for all, mind you. -

my friends and i finished playing soccor then kana chased by a group of gangsters after refusing to join their gang..
then ran to jurong point , they stopped their chase and just caught one of my friend who ran slower.. but then decided to let him off as we ran too far to be stopped..haha..feel really sorry for my friend cause we didnt even realised he's gone haha..btw , thats 3years ago.
we did call the cops/teachers after we realised one of them is from the same school as us..
still got other stories but i dun wish to waste time posting all -

i was playing soccer today. saw a group of these type of people sitting under a shelter with sits. they talk very loud, shout, scold vulgars all this. they smoked, even the girls, but too bad the girls not pretty
then before they go to other place, they took a skate scooter and throw around, creating a nuisance before leaving -
Thrash them! Kids these days need to learn respect.
