I am shipping a sword from the States.. Some questions!

  Its main and only purpose is for my cosplay event during Cosfest but I wonder if the laws in Singapore will prevent it from being shipped in

  41" Ichigo Bankai Sword from Bleach Anime. High carbon steel blade. Handle is red wrapped with black nylon. Scabbard is black harwood. Extremely Unique well made Sword. Has chain on handle. Also have this sword 68" long.

  Dealing in Knifes and swords license require S$370 for 2 years, this is for sword dealers. If just want to buy 1 sword, you need to pay $370?
