so how much to pay? 9.99 or 9.95?

Since we are dealing with money, it is best if there is a proper system to go about doing it, like a website for us to pay via credit card or Paypal.. and most important of all, the Disclaimer, telling us the details of the payment and the membership...

The dangers of funds transfer vis ATMs is that there is a high chance that you will transfer the money to the wrong account... 1) The account number given is wrong.
2) You chose the wrong account type to transfer the money to.
For your info, there is no way to get your money back if you transfer your money to the wrong account. Also, there is no way to really prove that you transfer the money to them for the purpose of Premier membership. If they deny it, then you can only suck your thumb. Like I say, it's money matters, so we need something concrete and not not something like "Transfer the payment into the following bank account in order to subscribe to Premier membership."
