  Call ppl's handphone and then hang up at the first ring. So they sure tio miss call. When they call back, talk abit of crap to waste their outgoing.
  
  Also recently got research paper that sending mass MMS at regular interval can deplete a full bar of battery within hours which can potentially disrupt businesses that require the use of HP.
