my brother bought a trendy type of blazer like those in the white blazer pic, but that is a double sided also can be worn type of blazer. it goes well with jeans too. it cost him $50 for it, bought it in orchard, forgot which building already.
there's another type of blazer, a mixture of leather (shiny) with dul normal material [ a mixture that doesn't seems correct - my own taste of clothes la]
as for Formal blazers, it usually cost $100+ and above.
AS for buying of blazers from those well know branded shops, i suggest against it, because they are earning from intangible assets which is branding, and also quality.
if want to buy quality products yet cheap, than dun go for brand. -

yeah i'm right then, blazer only button up to a little lower than the chest area there, while a jacket goes all the way to the top. Personally, jackets too have very good design. And to Agenda, that picture you show is right, thats a jacket, but there's 2 different type, one is the button type, and one more is the one that you shown, the zip up type
