  Those plants that you see in Singapore or those that changes colour as season changes?
  
  Those plants that you see in Singapore that have red leaves like Croton is because of light... too much light can make their leaves change colour. Not enough light will destroy Croton also.
  
  Leaves that change colour as seasons change... I don't know. Ask nature...
