For me, I will like to approach this subject from the angle of self-awareness divide.
From the title, 'girls difficult subject to study', it implies it is difficult for people who are not girls.
Perhaps it is the same like someone saying 'English is a difficult subject to study' for people who do not speak English natively.
Or.... 'it is difficult to eat chilli' for people who seldom eat spicy food.
I would say it is very interesing because linguistic or food divide is smaller compared to self-awareness divide.
After some time learning a new language or eating a new food, one can accustom oneself, but it is very difficult to strip one's self-identity and to adopt or immerse oneself in another identity or self-awareness.
So I would say....
It is better to eat chilli.

If I am not wrong, girls sometimes find girls hard to understand or guys find guys hard to understand IMO, I find myself hard to understand at some times
