btw if you know wat is buddha clap, that helps... it is somthing like rise your hand to a position parellel to the ground... that is the starting position... the you will start to rise our hand up and clap them above your head with your hand straight... just do 3 set of 100 can liao... this was taught by me cadet insecptor...
another one is take the metal bar your found in weight(or some other heavy thing) then hold the middle with your 2 hand and about 6 inch between you 2 hand. then start to push it out and pull back in in a circle motion... this should be done slowly... about 5 set of 10 circle can liao... the 10 circle may incease in you can tahan...
