10millon$ draw means 10x more people buying it. i remember a few years back, 19 tickets won 1st prize, which means about $500k per ticket. divde that with another 5-10 people sharing each ticket (which is usual for this big draw), what you get for '1st' prize is really much les than striking 1st prize of $1million when there's usually only 1-2 winners.
