i felt guilty...

you see .. i was going home after going to shatec to pay school fees, i was at outram mrt station and this auntie asked me which line is it to go chinatown i told her the green line ( thats what i thought at that time ) so she hurried off.. i didnt realise that china town is on the NE line.. i felt so guilty of giving the wrong directions.. this isnt the first time oredi.. Last yr i think theres a motorist who isnt familiar with the roads near my house and asked which way to go towards toa pahyoh as hes at the express way and he stopped by the road side and asked me while im walking home so i told him go straight and turn right so he said thanks and rode off.. after a while.. i thought OMFG that road is only a one way road there isnt a 2 way if hes gonna turn towards the right side its going against the traffic.. i got shocked and quickly ran home.. i felt so guilty of misdirecting people ..

Since you know you are so bad at giving directions, then stop doing it. You will spare others the anxiety and of course, spare yourself from the guilt.

yah i told wrong before. I think the guy ask about north view sec and i gave him the direction to north view primary.

I also gave wrong directions before.... and i felt guilty too.... there was once, I was walking past block 3A, then this girl came and asked me where block 3A was and at that moment I didnt know what I was thinking... i actually directed her to block 3 which is quite far away! dammit she was already so close and yet i directed her away from her destination... haiz...
I think sometimes when you are suddenly approached by strangers, your mind will be in a state of slight shock and defence and so there will be selective hearing and illogical output... -
