i worked till ard 8pm,before heading off to the gym , then coming back home to work till ard 2-3 am, before waking up at 8 am again to go work.
the alternate days ( tues and thurs) were just straight till 2am.
However i had the saturdays and sundays off .so it kinda of balanced off for me i guess.
But i had colleagues who were doing this for like 6-7 mths straight it have a serious toll on their bodies,haggard faces, more tired and prone to be ill.

Not everyone can go with less that the usual 8-9 hours of lseep.How long have you been getting 5 hours of sleep?
