I need help for my Europe trip.

Hello,
I am going on a backpacking tour in the western europe soon.
Countries i am going will be Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany and Netherlands.
I need advice like how many days i need to cover the cities that i am going. I am more into sightseeing on natural places than shopping actually.
Cities i am planning to go in each country are:
1) Spain: Madrid and Barcelona.
2) France: Paris
3) Italy: Milan, Rome, Venice Florence and Pisa.
4) Switzerland: Lucerne and (Zurich maybe).
5) Germany: Berlin
6) Netherlands: Amsterdam.
Anyone been to any to these places, please give some advice? Thanks

I been to none of them so far..but it is going to take you a long time if you wish to cover all of them

I've been to all the places stated, but it was 2 different tour packages. 1st tripe was 17 days, second was 14 days. Of course, only main attractions were covered by the tour guide. I assume u just want to cover the main hot spots right? Maybe around 20 days would be ideal. It will cost alot now that the euro is used though.Originally posted by Nessie:Hello,

Thanks everybody, i will do some research on those cities mentioned.
I heard Pickpocked is more common, especially Italy and i am so worried now.
Just a Golden rule to remember to anyone who is travelling "Just walk away fast if anyone approach you, even though they may looks really in need of help".
I am planning to start my tour next Fri hopefully. -
Go to Angouleme. Auchan is a bigass store and it sells a lot of stuff at a cheaper price than most stores there.
And my cousin is studying there. He gets around 4800 euros a year -
