It is definately not possible for a Non-Muslim to be charged in a Syraiah Court. However, let me ask you, what defines being a Muslim or Non-Muslim? What if you claim you are not, but the court claims that you are? Especially true if you are a malay, but does not proclaim Islam as your faith.

eh no Supreme Court Rules all , the Court Of Appeal is about as high as you go unless you wanna appeal to the president for clemency.
Syariah law is applicable for only muslims in Singapore, across the causeway the system abit different so becareful
