  18 yrs of age is not young to learn driving. 18 years of age is young to understand the responsibilities involved in driving.

  I think it's of no difference. There are always black sheep around in every age group. I have seen older people driving like idiots.

  It is doesn't matter of age, if you can drive carefully, 10years old also can learn...

  most accidents happen to ppl 30+ years old.
