juz to share my wat happened,
i've been wif singnet since 1995 during the 28.8k modem days,
been dutifully paying all my bills, extending my contract after another n tot that starhub sucks all along.
during the recent 1 or 2 yrs, there seems to be some problems wif the physical billing sent to my home (or rather, they nv send the bill to me at all) n all of a sudden comes the reminder letter.
this happened not once, not twice, not thrice but abt 5 or 6 times intermittently.
example: jan n feb bill comes as per normal, then march no bill. april comes reminder letter.
for the 1st few times i decided to overlook it but this time is enuff!
called up their billing department n was told there's no discrepancies in their billing system. the CSO then decided to only extend my deadline for my bill n nothing else. n oh btw, i juz received my reminder letter yesterday n the deadline to pay my bill is today, speaking abt efficiency huh?
i dunno how u guys will feel but i'm damn pissed off!

imagine this mth u dun receive any bill but next mth straight away comes reminder letter n this happens a few times.
it's not paying for the reminder letter that i'm pissed off, it's the "world class" service that they r offering.
arrrghhhh... juz wanna let off some steam...
