TRANSTAR TRAVEL SUCKS!!!!!!

  Has any of you tried to book tickets with Transtar Travel before? The one at Golden Mile Complex.
  
  Wahlau, their customer service sucked!!
  
  The guy at the counter was so rude, can?
  
  They are supposed to be of premium quality, but so lousy service one.
  
  Then their individual LCD player got spoil one. Can like that?
  
  If ever you are at Golden Mile, try Grassland, Gunung Raya and other line. Not Transtar, never Transtar.

  transtar is formerly morning star.. they are expertised in tours in msia..
  if u have been to some of the recent NATAs show, one of the 2 company that advertised luxury coach service to msia is them.

  Guess what? Just happened yesterday... We bought genting package from transtar but the return coach is not from transtar and it is just a normal bus, and the worst of all, the air-cond is not really completely working!!! So angry about that... They provide lousy service and buses!!! They didn't informed us when we purchase the package from them and thought it should be TRANSTAR BUS (from the picture they show)... Sigh.. i questioned the guy from transtar genting, he just answered me that " WE ARE CHARTERED THIS BUS"!!! What can we do on that time, we need to back to singapore and working tomorrow.. Really a bad experience and spoilt our mood..... Just like we are on a "Thief's boat"!!! Pay so much money and given us this kind of services!!! WE WONT BUY FROM THEM ANYMORE... HOPE THIS CAN HELP OTHERS TO BECAREFUL OF IT..........

  Me always goes up north with my wife on Grassland's Royal VIP class...
  
  Great seats with adjustable foot rests, individual entertainment unit, only 26 seats for comfort... Cost only $74 per person...

  I used their service and first class coach. very good le. No complains at all. There was once when I went to KL with my friend. My friends seat could not be adjusted due to problem with the machine. Nevertheless, my friend still find it comfortable without lying down. Then that night, we received a call from Transtar saying that they will give us full refund because of the spoilt chair.
