I was reading a book recently on Central Intelligence Agency(CIA) for my book review and its a pretty intriguing and interesting book.
I am wondering if we have any agency similar to the CIA here in Singapore. If there is one, I dun mind working for it!
yes we have.
The Singapore Special Intelligence Initiative (SSII). It is make up of 19 staff officers with experience in the US development nuclear submarine warfare (Trident Class) and the development of Polaris missile for UK since the cold war.
There are over 2000 field officers scattered as spies to gather information in major intelligence agencies worldwide.
The SSII is responsible for development and building the new generation XE Class stealth super nuclear submarine that can not only stay operational for years deep in the ocean, but also hover in the atmosphere and blast off to space if required.
It is current in development in Pulau Hautu, an island south of mainland. The reason why Pulau Hautu was named so is to give impressions that the island is haunted and hence deter nosey people from poking their nose around.
