i applaud your ambition to work for yourself, however if that's how you see your product, then maybe it might be better to give it more thought before you actually setup shop.
your competition is huge and diverse; there are thousand and one sugarcane stalls around; not to mention the other drinks available.
so what's there to make your customers return for the next cup?
low prices aren't the way to go, how long can your business survive on low profits? (rent, utilities, equipment, stocks, salary- they add up to quite abit). Don't even think about "low margin, high volume"; a small stall might not have the capacity to support the required sales volume.
If there's any hint on how tough the business might be, look at the competition; how many stalls sell sugarcane only?
it might be "a simple sugar cane drink" but it'll be your source of income, your lifeline.
