this is a very simple case lah
since he is from HCI, so the media decided to make a ho ha incident out of it
so trial that kid as an adult, make him pay for this mistake, expel this student, then put a closure to this matter
if the student want to blame anybody, he has himself to blame for, and he has to thank the media for so much exposure, i thought nowadays, those JC students like to be in the limelight
