I am lonely, but I do like the solitude to let me think and be myself. I don't think friends solve loneliness at all. But if you feel they do, lots of people in sgf are willing to be friends.
Its when there is nothing to live for when loneliness strikes the hardest. Try to find something to do.
I am mostly a loner. Don't like crowds but like to have people around once in a while. I am weird, so don't take me as example. -

Its hard to find true friends. Its easy to have lots of people who hang around just for company and to fulfill social needs and some herd instinct.
I have come to accept I am a loner. Not much of a talker. Hard worker and no nonsense person who really deliver value. Apparently, I live in th wrong country in the wrong century and in the wrong field. Because in sg, only people who make use of other people and network socially, do the social chit chat to "know" the boss better get to climb.
Anyways, I like to keep my life uncomplicated -

Such as, if you like movie, then jio people out for movie. If you like to go ride bike, jio people along. Then you will not find that you end up in an activity you do not enjoy with people who you don't fit with. -
