My grandpa use to cut my eyebrow when i was young so now my eyebrow looks more hairy ! Same as your moustache , when u cut them more they grow more . I heard from my parents that when young must cut eyebrow to avoid seeing dirty things because childrens and pregnant lady can easily see those dirty things .
