  HI guys can you help me to advise me the best hotel to stay in BKK, where i can access anywhere easily.

  Any hotel along the Skytrain line is fine.
  
  However, traffic is going to be a problem and skytrain is going to be your best friend to move around.
  
  If you are looking for budget hotel or motel, you can try the Thai House Inn, located along one of the skytrain stations.
  
  My preference is to live outside the central BKK, Ladprao area, which is nearer to the airport and Chatuchak market.

  Asia Hotel, just go to the 2nd floor and cross the bridge, and theres the train station.
