  Frankly, this campaign is a lost cause.
  
  With the number of foreigners here speaking a plethora of languages other than English, the percentage of people who actually use English to communicate has dropped rather drastically.

  After reading the entire post, which is not very long, i still do no find anything wrong with 'good' English. In this case, english is being desribed as of good quality. Good english simply means that the quality of english is superior. Similarly, we can also say good football.

  Agree. I don't see anything wrong, just like there is nothing wrong with the phrase "my english is bad, excuse me".
