You eat according to how much you exercise as carbo is like fuel to your body and protein repairs your muscle tissues when you rest after a workout.Want to bulk up remember this three things a)Train hard with heavier weights b)eat well c)Plenty of rest (very important because you grow when you are at rest and not while you exercise)Originally posted by Detached:damn, so low the calories..

I haven't trained for close to two years now, I even lost more than 10+ kgs when something cropped up 1.5 years ago.Originally posted by Short Ninja:You eat according to how much you exercise as carbo is like fuel to your body and protein repairs your muscle tissues when you rest after a workout.Want to bulk up remember this three things a)Train hard with heavier weights b)eat well c)Plenty of rest (very important because you grow when you are at rest and not while you exercise)
Dont need to wait for 2 years.Anybody who stop training for more than 4 months might have to start all over but if you have trained before it will be easier because of muscle memory and you will bounce back in no time.Set your target but start slow and easy.By the way I can still curl 50 kilos on a barbell at my ageOriginally posted by Detached:I haven't trained for close to two years now, I even lost more than 10+ kgs when something cropped up 1.5 years ago.
So trying to pick up the pieces and "repair" my body.
I'm struggling with 10kgs free weight even for the biceps curls.. can hardly do 3 sets of 8 reps nowadays..
Doing chin up with own body weight is good enough somemore want to carry what? If want to become like Arnold in a rat race SIngapore .....carry people balls good oreddy.Originally posted by Marco_Simone:Curls mean nothing.
