Any Running shoes to recommend?

Any runners here? i want to buy a new running shoes but not sure which type to buy. I know there is some shops where they have a treadmil and they recommend you a shoe according to how u run. Anyone know where is it?
I'm running 3 time per week on pavement. each time covering 8 - 16 km. I heard from my friend that racer shoes are painful as they are more suitable for track. Mmm.. as usual. Would prefer something that is cheap, good and look good too. -

how long u take to cover ur 8k????

nike free; but careful don't sprain ankle. -
asicss are the best ...the rest eg nike adidas r useless..just for fashion

I own a pair of Puma shoes made for F1 racing, and I personally don't recommend it. It make noises while walking/running, a "tap" sound like what high heels make.
Nike Air Max 360 is a good choice. -

I would just say go with something that you feel comfortable wearing, and something that's not too heavy. -

asics tiger, adistar, salomon
if you've flat foot like me, its good to get motion control shoes.
if not you'll prolly injure your knees without knowing it.

Go Running Lab @ Novena/Funan. They will recommend good shoes for your running style. I got my Asics Gel Evolution II for over-pronator like me. Good recommendation from them. I love the feel when running
