Hahhaa can they will hire non experience BUT u have to quote low salary loh SIGH Somehow i felt wasting my time getting a degree,they don't really care what your education level,having a dlip is minimum all they care about is experience and expected salary

if u r experience but yr pay is high, they wont hire
if u r non experience but yr pay is market rate, they would prefer non experience workers -

What u study in school and wat u do at work is totally diff......u only applied like 10% of wat u study in school at work only....rest is bout Hands On.

I guess unlike one is in a professional degree course like (medicine, law, engin, acct, architecture), most undergrad learn rubbish, haha, just my 2 cents worth

Humble yourselves. Go for temp or part time openings in the desired positions first.
This will allow you to acquire work experience ma......... There are just too many university graduates in the market already. Humbling yourselves to acquire job experience is the way to distinguish yourselves from the others........

Ya...think in real life its often hands on skills that matter.
Think having a degree at least gives the person a chance to apply for certain jobs lor...that is its value. Or else cannot even get the entry level job.
But once u get in...diploma/ degree/ watever does not matter as long as have the experience
