Why teenager girls need boyfriend?

Im a jc student now and because i was from a girls' school in secondary, most of my friends didnt have boyfriends then. Now that we have entered jc, quite a few of my friends are very obsessed with "hooking up" (as they call it) with a guy. seriously, im very confused by it. because i only see that they want to show off the guys and to prove that they are attractive. i dont get why they are doing that.
i asked my other friends why i dont get it and they told me im just too sha da jie to get it. argh. pls help me!!! *cries* im very troubled by it and i dont know why. -

that's wad someone is.. well, i'm in poly now.. and sometimes, in a relationship, u tend to hav some progress in ur studies de.. as in motivation given by each other.. while another one is like wad other said... sex... coz if u evey notice, sex in a teenager age is actually quite common.. and to them, is normal. u wont know who did it before or not... coz its always in secret.

there is always a social downside for an all-boys/girls school though that is what i believe so far. Note to self, never put your children in an all-boys/girls school.

haha, i don study too. that's why im screwing up my common tests. im more of those hang out with normal friends and reading manga likr one piece type.

They want to find a boyfriend because they want to feel Love. Sometime when you watch the news, they broadcast videos of puppie and kitten together. We, animals need love, and subconsciously wanted to experience the 'being love' state.
When I am young, I used to have this perception that Love is not as important as my studies. No! Love is definitely important! I have wasted more than 5 years pursuing reputation, power and respect. It's now then I realized that Love on the other hand is as important. My youth is wasted on these intangible assets, but nothing compares to missing countless chances of getting into a relationship.
Since you are in JC now, maybe you should turn on your sonar and look for your Mr. Right. Don't follow my footstep. Youth should be active, fun and dynamic. Getting Love when you're youth may be an experience which will only have one chance. There is no turning back the time when you feel regret next time when you're old.

I'm hard on pursuing my dreams in hope that it can materialise in 5 years time.
And to do that,i discard thoughts of relationship and over time making me very indifferent towards the opposie gender.
This coupled with my sexual orientation makes thing smoother for me.
How can a mere relationship which sucess if base on a mathematical probalility override your perception that deams and sucess are of no important concern.
I say only the weak mind emotional heart give ways to such train of thoughts. -

Although studies are important, but I feel that love is also as important. Love is a very powerful tool.
Teenage sex are quite common nowadays given the amount of information they can easily get from the internet. I belive a sensible girl like the treadstarter will know what is wrong and what is right.
Well, Love can be easily develop. And Love will comes to you even before you know it! -
