Banned Game (revived)

  I'm not sure who's the one who started that game, but since the old forum is deleted for good, I shall continue this game.
  
  Acknowledgements to the game creator, whom I unfortunately don't know about that forummer. If anyone knows please tell me. Thank you.
  
  Anyway, here's how the game goes:
  
  You ban someone above you. No bans that violate forum rules. That's all. Have fun and enjoy. No serious quarrels.
  
  E.g.:
  
  A has nobody to ban since nobody is above him.
  B: Banned for being the 1st letter of the alphabet.
  C: Banned for banning.
  D: Banned for using the letter 'n' for 5 times.
  E: Banned for smiling.
  
  Since I have nobody above me, I have nobody to ban.
