it alway happen when i sleep!! it so scary!!!!!

  dat time when i sleep ...i feel something pressing on my body until i very hard to breath.........and it happen lot of time to me...but i duno isit a dream...or really something press on my body so hard!!!! Very SCARY!!!today it happen again!!..AND Im Not attention seekers!!!!!! THIS really happen to me.....i just need some advice!!!! But not attention seekers!!!!!!

  this may not necessarily be attack from the unclean spirit. Heard of explanation why this happen, but forgot about it already. if you have a religion when this happens pray to you religion god.

  but it so real!!! sometime i tot im in another world struggling with a spirit until finally i pray in my sleep lot of time...den i successfully wake up... it just so scary!!!!

  hmm. pray ba. my dad when he first became a christian, he was attacked at night a few times. only after the cell came together to pray then ok.
  
  lol but i've got a question, have you guys ever like, sleep, then dreamt that you were falling or maybe trip or smth and falling to the floor, then wake up with a jerk. like your body react when you fall?

  Sleep paralysis! Go see a doctor for it. It might be a symptom of stress or something worse.

  it happen like i dun feel like a dream...it just like i suddenly in another world....and someone talk to me .....and she say to me the last words be4 i suddenly wake up ( i will be back) den i wake up in a shocker!!!...it really true...dat y now i not even dare to sleep

  Two explanations:
  
  1) It's all in your mind. Maybe you are just tired and imagining things. Try going to bed earlier
  
  or
  
  2) You are being attacked by evil spirits. If that's the case, you can sprinkle the corners of your bed with Holy Water then sleep. Or employ whatever countermeasures your god/religion/belief system suggests.

  if happen once or few times cpuld be ghost sitting on your chest.

  sounds like it is affecting you.
  
  If you are a christian, go for prayers and find out if this has got to do with the spiritual stuff. If yes, see what can be done to deliver you from all these, for eg , healing or if it is appropriate cast out the spirit.
  
  If you are a taoist or buddhist, go pray in the temple and get talismen. Or consult the medium.
  
  So far according to my experience and other people's experience, the above works.
  
  I have many different encounters. There was once the unclean spirit wanted to get in my body, but was unsuccessful so it zoomed off through the window as a gust of wind. This was very eerie, it was exactly like what we see in the movie. It happened so fast.
