if someone followed you home, he/she will know ur address also.
if it's someone close to you, sure maybe even know ur NRIC no.
so wat kinda information did u divulge to the caller?
actually wat u can do is to ask for his name, his contact number, his position, then call up DBS to check on it.

what' the big deal?TS mentioned that all he need to do is to SIGN on the application form.
so it means the caller will fill up the form for him..
so there's a possibility that he will have to provide his personal information to the caller right?
so u tell me, wat's the big deal if the caller is an imposter?

Don't know want to take up or not. Please advise...1. issit an upgrade?
2.call back to the call centre, and ask for the person who called you just now. trace back just to be sure.
3. to be able to say your address is not breach of security. only personal details like NRIC numbers and date of birth, bankers are not allowed to disclose.
4.y ask us? ask the person who called you if there is a hidden fee. hold that person responsible if u are treated otherwise. or ask for black and white infomation.
