If you are getting a Digital SLR, the cheapest should be the Nikon D40X. It is about $900...basic

I bought Canon Powershot A410 one year ago, cost $299 and free 1gb SD card.

go fuji.. F31 i think.. the spec and photo is not bad but onli the camera design not really nice..

look out for megapixel, the more the better, but for 4R pictures, 4 megapixels is more than enough to take a clear and decent pic
and also take note of the optical zoom, more the better
basically buy a reputable camera brand like olympus, nikon etc and u wont go wrong
and try to get those deals where got give free gifts like batterys, memory cards etc .. u can usually find such deals in PC shows.

get panasonic.. their leica lens cant go wrong.. been using it for 4 years.. very sharp..
cannon cameras.. sharp on screen only.. when you view it through the computer, it doesnt look that great -

I not pro at using those DSR or those super power camera. Only those cheapo easy to use point n shoot camera with auto focus n simple functions.
So i just bought the Canon Ixus 900Ti . . i think its o.k.. not bad. I like the titanium colour out of the Lumix , Olympus , Sony and Nikon one. each got thier own pros.. just see what u are looking at n what u want lo i guess.
