After 2 years & 8 mths of courtship, i finally proposed to her... Hehe, so happy.
The story goes like this, on that day itself, i went to buy 12 roses, 2 soft toys and a box of chocolate.. so i went to fetch her after her work. so when i saw her, i gave her the soft toy and told her that i am bringing her to newton circus to eat dinner and she agreed.
So on my way there, we chat like normal. when reaching there, i turned in to the sheraton hotel and she asked why did i park there??? So i juz told her that newton circus lots gonna full =p
after parking my car, i told her that i got another present for her. I opened the door for her and tada, i present her the 12 roses which was previously inside my boot.
after that we went up and she tot we were heading to newton circus for dinner, but i took her hand and we went into the restaurant at sheraton hotel which i previously made a reservation. she's surprise and stunt!
when we were at our seat, i present her another present which was the box of chocolate that i had wrapped eariler. Not very nicely wrapped thou =( she immediately guess it correctly that is chocolate! not fun at all. =(
very soon, dinner was served. we ordered set dinner, she had her fish and i had my chicken. the chicken SUX thou but i still managed to finish it ekkekkeke her fish tasted great. then she say i everytime order the wrong thing and eat which is quite true!
after our main course, we both went together adn get our dessert which is a buffet counter. we took quite abit and try out all the varities. hehe, the dessert very sweet thou, think got alot os sugar content. but nevertheless, its nice. juz that the main course taste werid.
i told her that i wan another round of dessert and i ask her to get the dessert for me and she agreed, hehehe, that was the main motive. after she went, i dropped the proposal ring in her ice water glass. it cost me a bomb to get this!!! all the while the ring was in my pocket... so when she came back, i juz carry on eating and try to hint her.
my hint was to yam seng with her. but she didnt get my hint... =(i tried abt 3 times yam senging with her and she drank the water blindly and carry on eating... i was like -_-''
finally i cannt tahan liao and i tell her, did u notice something inside the glass that u drinking? then she looked into the glass...
O.o she was shocked... then she asked me, ehh, y got ring inside de??? then i gif a smile at her then she immediately gobble up the water and get the ring! I took back the ring from her and i pop out the ques...
"Will you marry me"?????
10 seconds of slience, and she giggle and told me, what more can i still say??? in my mind i think ho sei liao!!! but juz to confirm , i asked again. then she replyed yes!!! OMFG, im so happi!!! =D and so is she, it was the ring that she always wanted, a 0.5 carat Lee Hwa Destinee.
after everything, we went to the carpark and intend to go somewhere else to have a drink, at the carpark, i done it again, with my one knee down on the floor, i poped out the question again... she was shock at 1st and wouldnt let me do it and finally she agreed once more time and we hugged.
now we planning our rom liao!!! coming in nov!!! all the best to me ya'
