i dun understand how or why teenagers care so much how people look at them or think about them
like buying new clothes or u noe... be skinny
like the in today's straits times there were about 3 articles on beauty and peopl's view on that
1. the anorexia girl case
2. the post ur fotos n get comments thingy
3. the amount u spend as (cash or time) on urself/being beautiful -

thats becuase unfortunaely in today's society looks is important. a basic exmple will be to look at the suggestions for interviews, very single one will tell you to dress well. -
yesh, looks is important. no doubt.
just look at the post your own pix threads
and all the posts asking ppl to show their pix
and the lumber of ppl who always wanted to know how the famous mod looks like.... -
looks r important to a certain extent, however, other factors come into consideration too.

But looks can tell a person's character... from what he wear, his actions, his reactions, his hair style...
And usually, in an unknown gathering, people who wear the same will group together 1...
So, sometimes, u wonder y all humans r like tat.... it is because yr social circle is too small... u always wear the same type of clothling... of coz, forever, u meet the same type of people lah...
So, change yr style if u can... meet different people in life.... -
