fruit tea/rose buds good for complexion

anyone tried rosebud tea wheere tiny rose bud is boiled and drink? they say good for complexion and overall health, is it true, someone give it to me, but ocnsidering scared allergic or is it ok to drink rose bud tea? and someone gave me cammoile leave to boil and drink a bit scared to drink, is it safe?
must i add sugar or honey in, and is it good for health. they got alot of tea for health. -
i think its worth to try. lol. if got pple drink then it must be drinkable
