  Haha.. Who read the news last nite about the image that POSB is creating to consumers? About having a Boss who used to managed Macdonalds and now managing POSB and giving it a makeover?

  This is highly possible.. Especially with all the makeover.. If you do go to any POSB branch which is newly renovated, u'll have noticed the similarities.. The menu above the teller counters, the tv screen advertisements, the advertisements on tv nowadays... The only difference is the burgers, fries and drinks.. Hahahahaha...

  That time I wanted to change my ATM card. Because it is a POSB one, the DBS counter did not allow me to change! Instead, they directed me to another POSB branch (15+ mins walk distance). This is the Toa Payoh branch of DBS

  Last time there was a POSB and DBS branch near each other near the now kovan heartland mall. Then when they merged, the DBS branch stayed and the POSB branch closed down and became one of those self service thingies, you remember the time they announce the 2 bucks fee on accounts under 500, thats the time. Then now they open a POSB branch inside kovan heartland mall itself. Its just so duh.

  Hahaha... Yah lor.. a lot of branches are closing down.. But then many new branches out of the way are opening up... With long queues and lotsa pple.. Means longer waiting time...
