heartrate heart beat

what is normal heart beat rate? i am always on the high side, don't know is it stress or nervous, always doc will say hey yr heartbeat is so fast about 90beat, how much is yr heartbeat? thks.
i read theysay 60min is normal, i thought fast is good or slow is good? -

The safe range for adults is between 60-100 beats per minute. Andything below 60 is regarded as bradycardia and anything above 100 is known as tachycardia.
A healthy range would be something between 65to75. Generally the fitter you are, the slower your heart will beat because every beat is more efficent. -

During sexual or DIY, you heartrate also increase tremedously ya, so alots of old men died from sexual activities due to the heart attack during sex. Becareful ya.

hi how to be fitter? any tips? can i ever have slower heartrate? i dont' know if i am having costochondritis becos my all over chest area pain, when press so pain, so stress, it is ok then pain again, wake up also pain, in aircond room pain more. even press right side chest also pain. i use alot of salonpas also same, put hot water a bit of help only.

Generally, fitness and stamina are corelated. Try doing more aerobic exercise. Like running or jogging or cycling. -
Normal heartbeat is about 76 bpm......
Too high or too low could lead to some heart conditions....... Sometimes, it depends on when you take the reading lor. If you take the reading looking at some hot chiobu stripping... etc. of course your heartbeat rate will be skyhigh lor.......
